Te Mata Te Rangimoeakau-Tamihana graduated with a Bachelor of Maori Performing Arts among others from Waitaha.  We are extremely proud of all those graduates, and encourage our youth to pursue their passions in life. Awesome achievement, Te Mata, and others, from us all here at Te Kapu O Waitaha! OUR FUTURE IS OUR YOUTH Te Kapu O Waitaha management has made a commitment to encourage our youth to gain experience and learn new skills by opening our doors, and creating a supportive environment to our young people.  Unique Leota, worked through the holidays learning administration support and information management skills. WAITAHA THE SPORTS MECA OF THE UNIVERSE! It never ceases to amaze us of the sporting talent among Waitaha. Kiahn Rewita, Henare Tuanau, and Wiremu Heyblam are recent examples of sporting excellence at a young age, making the Tai Mitchell Team. Our Trust congratulates all three, of their achievement, and look forward to reporting on more of our sporting talent in the future.
