Skye Whareaorere has been in the cadet programme for Te Kapu O Waitaha since September 2014.  Among developing a knowledge and skill for frontline including database management, Skye is also supported by the Trust to undertake Digital Skills provided by Kuini Te Amo Select Training and Recruitment Ltd, Education and Training Services Te Wananga o Aotearoa – Business Facilitator.  We are pleased that the digital training is provided by Kuini, who is of Waitaha descent, this makes for perfect learning and development in the context of \”whanaunga\” and \”manaaki\”.
