The Property Group has completed phase one in a commissioned feasibility for a viable development parcel of land within Te Houhou Block (Whitikiore). We expect a final draft of their findings and recommendations by July. Meanwhile we will continue to meet with Nga Potiki toward ensuring a joined approach to future concepts are complimentary to potential overall development.
