EASTERN ARTERIAL OPENING

th July 2015.  The ceremony was opened by Papa Tame who recited the history and occupation of Hei, and Waitaha, explaining the intertwining of evolving generations and occupations that followed.  In the cool of the dawn, he paid homage to ā tatou tīpua, Te Rae o Pāpāmoa and extended cultural associations.  Such tributes were further echoed throughout the opening karakia led by Pouroto Ngaropo. ]]>
